How Registration Works

Register Your Interest

Completing the registration form helps us gather:

  • Your business name and type of business.

  • The products or services you plan to showcase

  • The type of booth space that best fits your business

  • It places you in line for booth assignment based on availability

Even if you don’t have the funds ready right now, completing Step 1 let us know you're interested in showcasing your business at the NWCOG Grand Exposition.

STEP 2

Complete Your Payment

(Confirms and secures your booth

Once you’re ready:

  • Use the payment link sent to your email

  • Pay via bank transfer or credit card

  • Your payment secures your selected booth option for the event

Your space is only secured once payment is completed — but Step 1 keeps your spot waiting for you.
